No purchase is necessary to enter a NBS Radio sponsored contest.
All contests are open to the general public except for current NBS Radio staff members and their immediate families, and household members.
Any individual and/or member of an immediate family may win a NBS Radio contest only once each 30 days, unless specifically stated in the contest rules.
NBS Radio reserves the right to end a contest at any time without advance notice to the public.
NBS Radio reserves the right to limit the number of times any individual may enter a contest or drawing.
NBS Radio reserves the right to set age limits or place other restrictions on contest entry.
All Federal, State, Local and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner of said prize. All who win prizes with a value in excess of $500 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
All prizes are awarded "as is". Prizes and gifts are non-transferable and exchanged is not permitted.
NBS Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All entrants and winners agree that NBS Radio, it's employees, volunteers and/or anyone associated with NBS Radio shall have bear no liability and shall be held blameless in the event of injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property that may occur due to entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest or by use or non use of any prize or prizes received.
All entry blanks, forms and materials, as well as the information contained on or within become the sole property of NBS Radio.
All winners agree that NBS Radio may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, videotape, film, voice or any other likeness for any reason the station deems desirable and/or necessary without no compensation.
In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined by a random drawing or other means deemed as determined by NBS Radio. The decision of NBS Radio shall be final.
Winners of on-air call in contests shall be determined by the announcer conducting the contest. The decision is final.
NBS Radio reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.
NBS Radio reserves the right to issue specific rules pertaining to a particular contest and those rules shall be considered as a binding portion of these rules.
Violation or attempted violation of any of these rules or attempts at winning any contest by and through the use of fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for NBS Radio to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events. This shall be based solely at the discretion of NBS Radio.
